Screen Printing

This decoration method is used by Flexicon Plastics to print bottles and pots on-site.

We have single and multi-stationed automatic screen printing machines available

which enable us to print a variety of plastic bottles and pots. Minimum print runs start

at 3000 units.

Screen printing uses stencils to create a negative image of the desired artwork on screens.

Ink is then forced through the screen to produce a thick and even print on the bottle/pot

surface. One colour is printed per pass and colours are layered until the desired outcome is

achieved.

Screen printing is particularly economical for prints with one to two colours, however costs

can remain competitive with up to six colours. Size and lettering restrictions also apply.
