Hot Stamping

Hot Stamping

Hot stamping is used to apply a metallic finish to decorate caps, jars and some bottles. This method is used mainly to apply gold or silver metallic bands around caps and pot lids, or embellish logos. This results in a very elegant finish that can add that extra touch of class to your product.

The process of hot stamping involves heating a die and placing the product to be stamped underneath it. A roll of foil is then inserted between them and the heated die is pressed down, impressing the foil into the surface of the product.
